- How vision affected Ruff ‘n’ Tumble
The challenge
The production team of Ruff ‘n’ Tumble didn’t have the right attitude hence they weren’t meeting their targets.
The solution
After running a survey, we developed a behavioural change curriculum for them that helped them develop the right attitude to work.
The result
The curriculum was deployed for 6 weeks. The result of this was a change in attitude which resulted in them delivering their results on time.
